Issue/Rationale
This contract continues counseling services required for students with significant behavioral disabilities. Services are provided by employees of Clay Behavioral Health Center, Inc. on school campuses.
Counseling is a mandated service specified in a student's Individual Education Plan.
Recommended Action
Continue contracting with Clay Behavioral Health Center, Inc.
Financial Impact
Using a contractor is the most cost efficient way to provide these services. Cost for services is approximately $70,000.00.
